The Silver Social
A chance to enjoy a cuppa and cake whilst listening to some live music, taking part in an arts workshop, or mindful walkabout.
The Silver Social is a touring arts and health programme for older people in the Breckland area. Using high-quality arts delivery, including creative workshops and events, we engage with vulnerable older people to help improve wellbeing and support them to connect with their community to support health and wellbeing.
Events are open to all and will provide an opportunity to meet others and find out more about activities and services you might want to access.
We would like to make these events as accessible as possible and inclusive for those living with a dementia and other long term health conditions.
